Marat was reconstructed from 1928-1931 and was part of the Baltic Fleet. During the Battle of Leningrad in 1941, she provided fire support against the German troops and was sunk in September 1941 by Stuka dive bombers. Russian ship of the line Gangut 1719. Kit features 2-piece full hull, interior reinforcing bulkheads, engraved deck planking and details, fully represented superstructure, full weapons suite, 305 mm L/52 naval guns, 120 mm L/50 naval guns, 3-inch (76 mm) Lender AA guns, ship's boats, boat cranes, masts, finely molded fittings and braces, injection molded railings and display stand.
